We operate the Programme but we are not a retailer, the RFL, a Rugby League club or a betting operator.  We do not sell or supply any of the products or services that you may spend your Points on and any contract to purchase goods and services is between you and the relevant Partner.  We are also not in a partnership with those Partners in a legal sense which means we are not liable for what they do.

If any disputes or issues arise in connection with any products or services that you purchase from our Partners (when using Points) then your rights and remedies are against them and not us and we accept no liability for any claims that may arise.
